Today Sister Jerb and Sister Suting came over to visit me. I wonder why!
I think they feel that my heart is growing cold from God.
But seriously, i think it was really a trouble for them to come over to visit me.
I mean. I really feel thankful that they wanna come over and remind me of God's love but somehow it helped and it didn't.
I felt quite awkward actually because there was really nothing wrong with me. Just that i feel that my love for e99 is growing cold. My love for church is growing cold.
But somehow, my mind is drifting in many many directions.
There are things i wanna do and things i have to do. It is so contradictory. Many pple who don't go church don't know why christians are like that. Being so hyped up about God and stuff. And they find it awkward and they find it unnatural.
But God really loves us! No matter what we do. He doesn't forsake our soul. He will definitely show us a path and light the way in which we should take stride in.
Sister Jerblinn said this to me:
"No matter what happens God surely lifts us up by either lifting our spirits, making us look at the bright side, put our mindset in a positive mode when looking at something negative so as to feel better and not blame ourselves and get into pity-party mode."
Such is the power of God working in our hearts.
Sometimes we feel like it is our mind working but it's actually God doing a work in us.
Sometimes we feel like it is our emotions but it's actually the devil playing tricks in our head.
