I am finally starting to answer calls liao. Abit panicky at first. But we were put to buddy so it was ok. But the funniest thing was i am paired with this guy called ben. And i can assure you we were really chicken hand duck leg. To the extent of flipping the mouse over while we were trying to toggle with the systems. Haha of course ben was the one who did that. I tried to compose myself and listen to the customers attentively but seriously sometimes really dun get it lor. Really funny leh sometimes the questions they ask. So many doubts to clarify and we are always in doubt! Without an sm with us really cannot make it one lor. But stan chart really not bad lar the pple are nicer and not so political. Our manager brings us out for lunch occasionally and despite her stern facade, she is actually a very compassionate boss so we really respect her. Well, it has only been a month and i am surviving well. Hopefully later months will only become better. Gradually my heart is healing and a new chapter in life has started. Things really started to change when i accepted Christ. I am a happier person and i learn to accept setbacks with an open heart. I truly thank God for life and its ups and downs.
